How It Works
When making your reservations, simply select "Last Minute Internet Special" in the Rate Plan drop down menu. 

The Best Western Last Minute Internet Special can be booked up to 21 days in advance and, the entire stay must be prepaid with a credit card at the time of booking. By confirming your online reservation you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be immediately charged to your credit card. Changes cannot be made to Last Minute Internet Special bookings. In the event of cancellation or shortened duration of stay, full or partial refunds are not available.

The Last Minute Internet Special is available to all travellers making online hotel reservations who choose to book and prepay for their stay online.

Last Minute Internet Special can only be booked 21 days prior to arrival. Otherwise not available.

 

Guarantee Policy – All Last Minute Internet Special reservations require full payment at the time of booking. As soon as the reservation is received by the hotel, the credit card listed on the booking will be charged. If the credit card is invalid, the booking is not confirmed. The hotel will contact the guest using the contact information on the reservation to attain an alternative method of payment. If no other form of payment is provided or the guest is not contactable, the hotel will release the room to be resold.

 

Cancellation Policy – Guests cannot change or cancel their reservation on the Last Minute Internet Special plan. Full payment is taken at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. 

 

Eligible Rewards Points – is at the discretion of the hotel as to whether loyalty points will be offered on this rate.
